Hello Steve, as explained in our message the returns system is still a little backed up due to the volume of Xmas returns (this was relayed to you via email). We had your return on this weeks return schedule (we process them once a week in a block so we can get it done in one go and not in drubs and drabs) and it was processed today via PayPal (the dispute you logged with them actually slowed down the process). They do not allow us to refund more than the sale value (probably a good reason for this) and we are sending the Postage costs via PayPal payments (probably friends and family) so no need to claim from PayPal (noted in email exchange you say you will be doing this). Upon inspection the shoes looked fine to us (it is a natural material so sometimes theres some imperfections) but we understand that you werent happy with them so are happy to refund. Supplied a pair of Nike SB shoes that were damaged (marked and cut) and having received the return, Native did not acknowledge the refund for two weeks. Only when a dispute was raised with PayPal did they refund the costs (after 24 hours) but failed to honour their own T&C's to refund return postage costs (damaged goods). Fortunately these can be claimed through Paypal who once again prove their worth against poor trading standards. Strongly suggest potential customers take their business elsewhere. Would not recommend or ever use again.

Ordered a pair of shoes which I never received. Have been told they do not have a replacement pair to send out so asked for a refund. I havent received it and every time I call I just get fobbed off with some rubbish excuse! Judging by the last review they are known to do it just wish I would have read that before! What an awful way to treat customers!
